All window tint installations are performed in compliance with Virginia state tint laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle remains compliant with state regulations. Medical exemptions require proper DMV authorization and documentation. 

Films installed by 11Eleven Tint LLC are covered by the manufacturer’s Limited Lifetime Warranty against bubbling, peeling, and discoloration. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by improper care, accidents, glass breakage, or pre-existing glass defects. 

As a mobile service provider, all installations are performed at the customer’s location. Customers must provide a suitable work environment, including safe parking, sufficient space, and access to the vehicle. Weather conditions may require rescheduling for safety and quality reasons. 

Pricing varies by vehicle make, model, and size. Final quotes are provided before service begins. Additional charges may apply for vehicles requiring extra preparation, specialty work, or removal of old tint. 

 11Eleven Tint LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches, or defects in glass, trim, or seals that may become visible after installation. Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle prior to service. equipment to diagnose and fix any issues your vehicle may have. From routine maintenance to major repairs, we've got you covered.

If a customer requests a window film shade or installation that does not comply with state tint laws, the customer assumes full responsibility for any citations, fines, inspection failures, accidents, or other consequences. 11Eleven Tint LLC shall not be held liable for any issues arising from non-compliant tint installation 

By booking or receiving services from 11Eleven Tint LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined by the company, including compliance with Virginia tint laws, warranty limitations, and liability disclaimers.”
